Ferrari was on top of the leader board on the first free practice session in Bahrain.

Many drivers were hesitant to go out first as the circuit is very dusty with the sand storms overnight.

Racing Point’s Lance Stroll had a moment and hit the barriers causing some front wing damage.

The two Mercedes of Bottas and Hamilton was 3rd and 4th on the time sheets.

Williams still struggling with the car in the bottom two again nearly 4 seconds of the pace.

There will be some light at the end of the tunnel for Williams as Patrick Head is returning to the team as a consultant.
